    All applicants are given the “Standards of Practice” which include health and sanitation guidelines as well as protocol. This form signifies that you have read and agree to abide by these standards and the Code of Ethics. These two forms are included in the application packet. When you sign your application for licensure you agree to these guidelines. You must also check with the local authorities for any specific laws and guidelines that would also be imposed in the vicinity where you work if you plan to be self-employed.
