Two Year Renewal
Welcome to the WV Massage Therapy Licensure process. The Law
requires that you are licensed to practice massage therapy after
June 30, 1998.If you are not already registered in the state of West Virginia then you must complete the Two Year Application, please go to the License Application Section. Below is a link to the application packet for a Two-Year Massage Therapist license renewal. The packet contains a welcome letter with full details of the renewal process and requirements, the application, checklists for application materials, a mailing list form, and a form for information regarding your current license. The application should be downloaded, printed, completed, and mailed to the West Virginia Massage Therpay Board along with all supporting materials and all required fees.
