Two Year Licenses
Welcome to the WV Massage Therapy Licensure process. The Law
requires that you are licensed to practice massage therapy after
June 30, 1998.If you are already registered in the state of West Virginia and need to renew your license, please go to the Renewal Application Section. Below is a link to the application packet for a Two-Year Massage Therapist license. The packet contains a welcome letter with full details of the application process and requirements, the application, checklists for application materials, a mailing list form, and a proof of education form. The application should be downloaded, printed, completed, and mailed to the West Virginia Massage Therpay Board along with all supporting materials and all required fees.
